Geothermal Subdivision in Wawanesa

The geothermal subdivision project was developed in order to assist Manitoban's in sustaining their  current energy use without compromising these resources in the future. Community Futures Westman, Village of Wawanesa, Wawanesa-Oakland Community Development Corporation (CDC), and Manitoba Hydro have taken the initatitive of playing key roles. The subdivision has 11 homes which vary in size, but will average around 80' by 130'.
